What we keep
Your phone number, the name you give, and for each shop you visit: your stamps, rewards and the times you asked for them.
Who sees it
Each shop sees your name, phone number and stamp history for its own card only, so its staff can approve your stamps and stay in touch with regulars. MaiLagi's administrators can see everything to run the service. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Why
To run the stamp cards you collect, and to let shops see how their loyalty card is doing.
How long
As long as you use MaiLagi. Ask us and we delete your number and name; your past stamps then stay only as anonymous numbers in shops' statistics.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the phone number you use with MaiLagi to the contact below.
